Framework
Format & Duration
A talk usually lasts between
45 and 60 minutes,
leaving enough space for exchange, listening
and different perspectives.
The focus is
on a clearly defined topic.
Format & Participation
All sessions are announced
on the HALTO website.
For online talks,
registration is required
so that the access link
can be sent in time.
Approach & Intention
It is not about expertise
or instruction.
Often, a shift in perspective is enough to discover
new paths or possibilities.
This is a space where people can speak, ask questions and reflect –
together, with respect, and with the intention of learning from one another.

How topics emerge
Topics emerge where people listen with care:
from the experiences and needs of the HALTO community,
from questions or concerns that many of us are currently facing,
and from current events or observations that people wish to share.
They may be suggested by the HALTO team or brought forward by participants.
What matters is that they remain relevant, open and alive –
topics that are allowed to move something.
