Tools & templates
Everyday life with responsibility often involves forms, applications and small organisational hurdles.
In Help & Templates, you will find sample letters, checklists and practical guides to make these steps easier.
The content grows over time and with what families truly need – clear, accessible and as practical as possible.
If a template has helped you or if you would like to share something, feel free to write to us.

Visibility in an emergency
What happens if a caregiver suddenly needs help themselves – or if a person who requires support is found alone?
Here you will find emergency cards, templates, tools and further information designed to make important details quickly visible and accessible.
Please adapt the templates to your personal situation and make sure that all information is kept up to date.
Emergency cards for your wallet
An emergency card can be kept directly next to an identity card. It indicates that a person is responsible for someone else or that they require support themselves. The card contains only the most important information and refers to the contact details on the back.
The emergency cards for your wallet are available free of charge at our meetings.
The templates can be printed, cut out and laminated if required.

Emergency information in one fixed place
The Lions Noutfalldous allows personal and medical information to be stored together in the refrigerator. A refrigerator can be found in almost every household and can generally be located by emergency services.
HALTO complements this approach with a short support sheet. It can be used to record important information that goes beyond medical details.
