CareSupport

CareSupport is HALTO’s pillar for everything between “I’m here” and “I need this.”
We build bridges, we care for moments of transition, and we help families navigate to find what can truly support them.

What we do

CareSupport aims to:

• Listen & bring clarity:
What’s going on right now? What hurts, what feels urgent, what can wait?

Make pathways visible:
Which services, organisations and support options already exist (Info-Handicap, SRP, SIPO, ONE,...)

Connect & guide:
Facilitate contact, accompany when needed, support transitions.

Hold the in-between spaces:
Especially when support doesn’t come automatically – after birth or diagnosis, after hospital stays, or during transitions (school, adolescence, new diagnosis …).

"A simple:

How can I best support you?

can go a long way.

You don't need to solve people's problems or rescue them.
